Recondition a/c system

All NEW hoses for hydraulic fan system

All NEW hoses that run through the articulation hitch

All cooling assemblies were sent out for cleaning & testing

Assemble cooling assembly w/ NEW seals & hoses

Install NEW batteries and master switch

Install REBUILT starter & alternator

REBUILD fan pump

REBUILD fan motor

REBUILD steering pump

REBUILD & resealed all filter housings

REBUILD implement/pilot/brake pump

REBUILD hydraulic control valve

Reseal steering cylinders & installed w/ NEW pins & bearings

Remove & clean out fuel tank

Once Components reinstalled, CAT dealer completed start up & commissioned machine

Check total machine operation after it was fully assembled

Check all pressures to ensure they were within OEM specs

All sheet metal panels, steps, grab handles & railings are straight and in place

Complete machine sand blasted, primed, painted & new decals applied

Final machine pre delivery inspection to be completed prior to shipment.
